THSnet does not guarantee reimbursement, payment amounts, claim approval, denial rates, or financial outcomes. Outcomes depend on payer policies, documentation quality, regulatory requirements, and other factors beyond THSnet's control.

THSnet does not create clinical documentation and relies on client-provided information.
THSnet may utilize artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automated systems to support coding, analysis, and workflow optimization.
All outputs are advisory in nature and must be reviewed by qualified professionals prior to submission. THSnet is not responsible for decisions made without appropriate human review.
THSnet is committed to compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
Certain Services may be performed by authorized personnel located outside the United States under strict security, confidentiality, and HIPAA-compliant protocols.
By using the Services, you consent to such use of global workforce resources.
Fees are governed by separate agreements or service orders.
All content, software, algorithms, workflows, and systems—including MEATrix™ and MEATscribe™—are the exclusive property of THSnet, Inc.
THSnet may use de-identified, aggregated, and anonymized data to:

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between THSnet and the client.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in the State of Connecticut. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, BAA (if applicable), and any service agreements, constitute the entire agreement.
